This page will help you complete the annual FMS check which is a requirement to ensure all our volunteers meet expected standards. Please see below for advice on what you need to complete.

This year's biggest change is that no places at any event will be offered to anyone who has yet to complete this annual check. It is vital that you complete this as soon as possible.

CLINICAL GRADE
Please note that this year, we have a few more Paramedic classifications, including critical care and HART, so please select the appropriate option. If you are a CCP you may be asked for evidence of this at a later date.

It will ask you to describe your role briefly. We don't need a CV, just a couple of lines stating, for example, HART team leader and education lead or Paramedic with SWAST. You get the idea.

MANDATORY TRAINING
This year, we need to ask for evidence of your mandatory training. You can upload a single screenshot, or photo but it must show the course names and expiry dates. Alternatively, you can upload your certificate for each course. If any mandatory training expires before an event, you must forward us an updated certificate or your place will be offered to another member.
