Seeing this screen when trying to fill something in? We've got you.

FMS uses Microsoft Office 365 which can be fiddly if you already have another account with, for example, the NHS, as if you are signed into another account you cannot access any FMS forms. So here's the solution.

STEP 1: Sign out of any other Office 365 accounts
STEP 2: Sign into your FMS email at https://m365.cloud.microsoft/

STEP 3: Go to the form you want to fill in and..... voila
